I had only been to the Montego Bay location (which was weird) so I wasn’t sure what to expect from this one. Definitely, hands down, way better than that location. Loved the ‘hurricane’ entertainment. Our server was great and super friendly. He brought me out this glorious gluten-free menu when I asked for it (uh can we say GF dessert people?!). I got a burger on a GF bun and it was very delicious. I also got the GF brownie sundae and I could not have been happier. Such a great meal here and worth the little bit of a splurge!
After waiting for 45 minutes to get a table, they got my order wrong and my appetizer was brought out at the same time and my entree. My drink was good though.
Went there for dinner last night. Our waitress was really sweet but messed up a few things on our check. One of which was a type of margarita. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem except she put in for one that was double the price of what I ordered. She went and got her manager Barbara. I didn’t drink the full drink but it was in a souvenir cup and I was told I couldn’t keep the cup so I dumped my drink into another glass and gave it back. Then Barbara ran over to our table and started yelling at me about if I finish my drink she would charge me the whole amount for the drink and she wouldn’t be able to give me the price for the drink I ordered. I said okay but I am still paying for a drink so can I finish the half I’m paying for and then I’ll leave the rest on the table. She then rolled her eyes and stomped her foot at me! She put her hand on her hip impatiently andtold me no I couldn’t drink anymore because she wasn’t going to wait for me and she would charge me for the whole drink! Honestly this is the rudest encounter I have ever had with a manager! I would never go back and I plan on telling every one about my experience. All this over $7 and asking to finish a drink I actually paid for!
As a tourist to this area when went to this restaurant because of the fun atmosphere it had. When we arrived there was an two hour wait and surprisingly it was much shorter than quoted. We were seated upstairs which is a much different feel than if we sat in the main dining area. The food here is sub par and I believe the only reason people dine here is because of the name the establishment is attached to. The decorations are interesting and they have people who come to your table and make balloon hats for children which was fun to watch but otherwise you could get better food somewhere else.
Lies! These reviews are all lies, I was not impressed at all! It was completely overpriced….and there was nothing on the menu that was worth it!! The selection was not the best…there is barely anything to really pick from! I wouldn’t recommend this, but good luck!
The food was awful and overpriced. With app, lunch for 2 and 1 margarita we spent $80. The only good thing was the margarita. Out of all the places to eat in Myrtle beach this is your worst option.
Always a party….had the Coconut Shrimp, nice large shrimp in a tasty coconut batter that was not too heavy. Of course the drinks did not hurt.
