So Moes does a big promotion advertising free Queso with no purchase necessary. We visit this location and there is a big sign on the door advertising FREE queso. We spend over $20 and check out, owner/manager? never says anything about the free queso until we ask, then he hands us a cup with maybe 3 oz. of queso in the 6 oz. cup. Do you think the next time I am hungry and near their location I will be excited about stopping in??? Yes, you saved a few pennies by being cheap but you have lost a future customer.

Too bad, because I was excited about a restaurant that was offering organic and hormone free food. Disappointed 🙁 Also, it would be nice to have ONE person handle your food down the line, not 5 or 6. Poor customer service, since they are just handing you off to the next person down the line. Very impersonal.
