Mrs. Fish is completely off the beaten path BUT well worth it. We went and tried a little bit of everything. I loved the crab cake. It was delicious period. I like my mahi mahi. The only thing I didn’t like was the sweetness of the gumbo sauce. I like New Orleans style and I wasn’t expecting that. Service was good and the food was fresh. I really loved the cole slaw too!
Excellent food. 4 of us with baby. Staff was very good. 9 tables with customers. We ordered fried flounder, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp with Cajun, and grilled shrimp with sweet curry. The shrimp with curry was very good, but next time, ill asked for extra curry. Homemade slaw is similar to Asian slaw and good. The gumbo is sweet and not spicy. The fried food almost has a tempera batter. We tried the sesame peanut balls. Split decision. You have to like peanut butter to like the balls. All in all, great time. Will visit again.
