All I can say is the food and the service sucked. The oysters were warm and stuck to the shell. The worst I have ever had. It took an hour for our meals to come out and they weren’t even busy. The waitress had no idea what she was doing. We will never eat there again

Went on Labor Day, was not busy. Out food came out at different times. The oysters were warm, fishy and stuck to the shell. Worst oysters we’ve ever had. The steak salad, which came out 15 min after the oysters, was raw and not tasty. The waitress didn’t come back to check on us for about 25 minutes and the restaurant was not busy. She’s was sitting at the bar texting. They did comp our food, but it was a horrible experience.

Wanted to go to another rest was closed stopped here and it was the best thing we did. Beer was good and cold had some raw oysters were fresh and tasted great split the steam pot with my 12 yr old son lots of food that filled us up. My wife had blackened grouper which tasted fabulous and the server was very friendly highly recommend this place

Locals Only. The place is smoky, dirty, and the drinks un-inspired. Having said that, the food was great. All the seafood tasted and looked fresh. The only fake thing I tried were the hush puppies. Blackened local grouper, and freshly shucked oysters graced the table. Go for happy hour to get an absolute steal on beer and mussels.

Dirty, the service was uninspired, no smiles at all! Wife says its the place to go for smokers and burned out carnys! I’m not sure what that means..,.but I don’t plan to go back. We went for lunch and felt like we were putting them out; shrimp po’boy was lame, lousy choice of draft beers, I chose diet Pepsi as an alternative to their poor beer offerings.

TERRIBLE. I have given this place SEVERAL tries and tonight was the LAST straw. The first time I dined here the poor waitress seriously did not know what she was doing and did not know anything about the menu. It was like they hired her that day and made her work alone. Not to mention the clam chowder was terrible and every oyster had shells in them after they were drowned in water. The second time I went back the waitress was the best part about it and made our experience as best as it could be. She was a little blonde girl and was the best we have had there. Tonight, my LAST time here was terrible. Our waitress ( wearing a baylor hoodie) walked up to the table like it was a burden took or order. Came back dropped it off and didn’t ask if we needed anything. When my boyfriend went to the bar to ask for another beer and horseradish our waitress came back and asked if we were okay. I then asked of more crackers and she looked at me like I was crazy and that I was asking her to do something extremly difficult. You are in the service industry, putting a smile on when you walk up to a table is your job. Every waitress including the bartender were on their cell phones the entire time not to mention taking shot after shot together. While I sat there, there were probably 4 shots a piece taken and there were 3 girls working. Not to mention the kitchen guy that came out and had a few as well. I have been in the restaurant business several years and was completely disappointed. If a manager was there tonight he or she would be disgusted. Serving your customers is way more important than taking shots of jager. I will NEVER go back to this shuckers.

Above average bar food. Nicely fried oysters and shrimp. A bit loud and a little dirty but it is a beach bar after all.
