The student-operated Fowler Dining Room at The International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach provides training for students in a real restaurant operation, in areas such as fine dining, buffet and caf service. Menus are created using a wide range of cooking tech-niques focusing on taste, texture, color, creativity using local produce, meat, and seafood.
