We rarely visit the same restaurant twice when we’re on vacation, but we’ve been here twice already. The first time, we accidentally came right at closing, but instead of being irritated, the staff was wonderful and inviting and the food was great. Our second visit, we were recognized and welcomed back and the food was even better the second time. The restaurant is clean and there is such a variety on the menu that you have to visit at least 2 or 3 times to just try your favorites. We got lucky picking this pancake restaurant over all of the many others and, for us, there is no reason to try any other place!
Wasted over an HOUR with NO FOOD!. We visited this restaurant this morning for the first and LAST time. Our family of 7 (5 adults and two children) ordered standard breakfast items: pancakes, waffles, bacon…yet we sat, watched other customers eat (who arrived after our family arrived) for over an HOUR while our waitress displayed absolutely no sense of urgency. It was only after we stated that we had waited long enough and were ready to leave that our waitress and the assistant manager pretended to care, sorry, too late!!!! The owner hid in the kitchen because he/she most likely did not care either! Don’t waste your time/$ patronizing Woodhaven Pancake House as their service is pitiful and judging by the other reviews, the food is too!
Excellent Breakfast well worth the trip!
Great breakfast spot. Went there for breakfast and was surprised by the huge menu. I got an egg white omelette with all kinds of meats, cheese, and veggies. Was delicious. The wait staff is friendly and mostly cute young women. It was a small thing, but I really liked that they leave the whole coffee carafe at your table so you don’t have to wait on a refill…it’s the little things that count.

A winner, we will definitely be back. I had the Cajun Chicken omelet and really liked it. The children had strawberry pancakes and ate more than they have all week. My husband had the big breakfast with toast, home fries and a waffle, which he said was awesome.The restaurant was very clean, staff is friendly and the wait was average.
Attentive and friendly staff, clean facility, home cookin’ atmosphere, quick service, and great price! Yummy French toast and Belgian waffles! Amazing coffee!! My husband and I love independent breakfast diners and this one does all things well.
