I would not, and have not, gone back. Simply put, neither the food or drinks were good. Between two people we ordered 5 different tacos to try and the chips and salsa sampler. The only one that was okay was the brisket-and it was chewy. The hot chicken seemed to be hot just to be hot. I love spicy food and have a high tolerance for it and enjoy the fruity heat of peppers, but it didn’t taste good-it was just heat for heats sake. The salsas were unimpressive-all 4 of them ($12). Ordered a cocktail that was so thick that it was like drinking an alcoholic smoothie. So much alcohol it would’ve been better to order a shot. The other drink our table of 2 had was more successful-but it was a beer. They had a pretty good beer list. Service was very slow. I’m not sure where the issue was; I believe it was kitchen related because our server was apologetic for the wait when we inquired. For the majority of the time we were the only customers (it was dinner time on a Sunday) and maybe 2 other tables trickled in while we were there. Plenty of staff behind the counter hanging out; I just couldn’t understand what they were supposed to be doing. The restaurant itself seemed clean, the servers were polite, and there’s sufficient parking.
