The cake used is hard and tasteless. And the frosting tastes like butter with food coloring. The worst I’ve had in this town.
Ordered 2 dzn strawberry champage cupcakes (bc yes they have very few each day so you have to order anything different 2 days in ahead). They tasted like mush. The store told me they soggy bc of the champage in them. Well if you know this tell the customer before order and drive all the way from summerville to be disappointed! The solution drive all the way back there from sville in the rain for a refund. So I understand you want to make $ but my time and $ is of no importance at all.
These are some pretty great cupcakes. The icing simply melts in your mouth and the cake is moist.

Has the most amazing frosting I’ve ever had! It was light and whipped, hands down the best. However, the cake it self was not great. They seem to be baked the night before, since they aren’t soft and as moist as I would like.
Red Velvet. I picked up some red velvet cupcakes for the office for Valentines Day. Very good! Just coming from DC and frequent visitor to Georgetown Cupcakes (tv show) and Baked and Wired Cupcakes, these are just as good. Instead of driving downtown, we now have a nice place to stop in N. Charleston. So I will have less self control as they are so close!
Awesome cupcake shop! The focus is on the cupcake w/ a light texture for icing!! Highly encourage you to try it as words can’t do it justice..
