Good food but they don’t know know how to work credit card machines.. The Food is Ok besides the flavorless rice and often COLD buffet. My complaint is every time I go in and use my debit or credit card they either charge me twice or charge me 3X or 4X then I have to wait two weeks to get my money back, it is something that happens very often. It’s highly advised to pay with cash, and if you use a card be sure to check your statement.
C & W Buffet on Rivers. First I ordered a sprite and got sweet tea, food was tastey, but to get anything hot you had to watch for it when it came out of the kitchen. Then I was charged twice, this was on thursday I called friday and was told to call back on sat. only to be told that they would have to ck with the home office wich does not open till monday. If they find that I was charged twice then it will take 5 – 10 buisness days to refund. Will think twice before going there again.
Eat fast and go. Hey if your hungry this is a safe place to eat fast, the food is good for what it is and consistent. Service is great
Save your money…. I hate to say it, but my family & I have eaten there 2 or 3 times with my Husband’s Command for different luncheon functions and the food isn’t good. There’s not much of a selection, the food isn’t hot or seems to be out, the restaurant isn’t all too clean and the staff is VERY unattentive and have no qualms about telling you that you need to add your tip. That’s VERY unprofessional, I nearly fell over when I heard the girl say it to one of the men sitting at our table.There were about 30 of us, if he couldn’t have tipped, there were only 2 women working our tables, I’m sure they got it out of the rest of us. My Husband tips 10-20% of our bill pending on service. Just do yourself a favor and eat at the delicious Chinese Buffet in the Toys ‘R Us parking lot on Rivers. Same prices, but a far bigger selection with a FREE (added into price of the buffet) Mongolian Bar & Sushi Bar. You WON’T regret THAT place!!!
Food was very good, but service was very horrible. After we were seated our waiter never checked on us. We had to call her over to our table that is when ever we could find her. Our plates piled up pour table before we found her and asked her to come and get our plates. It was very wild and loud sounded as if I was on Chuck E Cheese. Food was good,but there were times when things took too long to be replaced when gone. I will not be going the C&W at that location ever again.

Outstanding food. Just moved here to the south was invited to eat there with a friend great food and good service for a buffet, would recommend any day nothing but goodness.
