The service was horrible, table came in behind us and was given drinks before we even ordered, We waited over an hour for our food and the restaurant was empty, Then 3 out of 5 orders were wrong. We were never given refills or silverware, the manager ignored our table but spoke to the other table, and then never even came by to apologize for the errors. When our food was remade it still wasn’t right. And to top it off the men’s restroom had no soap.
Worst experience at a restaurant ever! Went at 10am and it was not overly busy. Took over an hour to receive our food for a party of 3. Two families received their food before we did and they arrived well after us. After the initial 30m was told they ran out of ham. No offer to make it right even though my 4yo started crying because she was hungry and could not understand why the family that sat down after us had their food, ate it and left and we still had nothing. Only thing that made it tolerable was the amazing balloon lady they had there.
Worst experience ever!!!. We came on Easter and expected it to be packed but it wasnt. We ordered our food after only waiting 5 mins. Everything was wrong!!! They forgot our hash browns but still charged us. Our eggs were runny so they brought us some more eggs…these eggs were cooked hard with the cheese sprinkled on top. Wtf?! I could have made better eggs at home. We called for the manager (Fred) and he acted like he didnt even care. His overall attitude was stink! He was complaining about being able to go home. Too much, too early in the morning. Our server was Raymond and he was lost. He wasnt even aware that he left the hashborwns off. Really? ! Please stay home and cook or go somewhere else for breakfast before coming here!!!!

Worst.Experience.EVER.. This was the most horrible experience ever. The manager was clueless. The waitress was new and no other staff member bothered to help her when she clearly couldn’t handle a group our size. Everyone’s order was brought out with either something missing or something that wasn’t ordered. When we tried to bring this to our server’s attention, another staff member then inserted themselves and tried to act like we were the ones at fault…that they brought out what we had ordered. All the while, brow beating the waitress and completely putting her at fault. If anything, the Manager should’ve stepped in WELL before this point. The whole experience took 3 hours from the time we stepped into the place until our checks were divided up. My brother had just landed from being in Afghanistan and this was his first request; to eat at IHop. What was to be the most enjoyable first meal back home for him, turned into a train wreck.
Too Many Bad Experiences. I don’t like my dining experience at this particular IHOP. They serve cold food ALL the three times that I have been there. Their serving sizes and the cost don’t really match up. Also, It’s always freezing in there; everyone that goes in there complains about how cold it is.
This is the absolute worst one in their chain. SLOW SLOWER &SLOWEST service ever. Food comes out undercooked everytime. I have been here more than I can count. I have complained before and doesn’t help. Do not eat here!
