  Unfortunately I got addicted to Panda Express food in Columbia, so when I came to Charleston I had to start coming here. This is the most poorly managed, slow, and disorganized restaraunt I have ever been to. Every time I have come the wait has been 10+ minutes. Usually I have to wait on the fried rice to be cooked which seems like a pretty basic food that a Chinese restaraunt would keep in stock. There is no excuse for them to run out of food at 6pm.

  Love the food but management needs some help. I normally wouldn’t even take the time to write a bad review but when I’ve had the same problem at the same store at least 4 times I had to. I understand that the food is made fresh and that’s ole of the reasons I like Panda Express so much. But when it’s just barely after 11am and you are already waiting on Chow Mein and Fried Rice there is a problem. I understand some of the meat entrees not being ready or having to wait a few minutes on those. But the stuff that is going with almost every single order being placed and for them to just be starting making more as the bowl is almost empty is ridiculous. Now that there is another Panda Express on Rivers Ave I go there mostly and have never had this issue. But before it was built I would go to this one in Tanger and have walked out on more than one occasion. It has been several months since I had Ben back to the store in Tanger until today and not a thing had changed.

  Nothing fresh here, manager was coughing on the food :(. Won’t be back. If I want frozen reheated food I could buy that at Walmart
