New Owners but customer service sushi was a let down. The new owners are super nice and WAY better than previous owners. I use to eat Red Lead 2-3 times a week with previous owners even though their customer service was awful they made up for it in quality of the sushi. So I had extremely high hopes for the sushi I had ordered. And sadly I was let down. The sushi was made wrong and missed ingredients. I was supposed to have a roll that was fried it wasn’t fried. My other roll I had a bite and threw the rest away. So they had great customer service but did not match up in food. I will give them another chance in a couple of weeks since they did just take over. They have changed the menu and it focuses alot more on food then actual sushi. The sushi menu was cut down to like a third of what is use to be. Hoping the quality of sushi improves.

We’d already enjoyed the see weed salad that they made even better by placing on a bed of thin cut cucumber! For my entree, I enjoyed as much as I could fit of the basil shrimp! This was not our first time and we’ll be back; they season & fix their food right.
Bad reviews for here are stupid,. The people are always so nice and yes there are children, but it’s a family restaurant. I’d rather be here sometimes than some regular restaurants….like Buffalo Wild Wings (bad service). The food is always amazing and they’ve never messed up my order. Me and my boyfriend go on dates here every other week. It’s defiantly worth it for the price 🙂
Great Sushi. If you can get over the awful customer service, and yelling children, you’ll enjoy it! My husband and I go on a regular basis for their half price sushi, and we only go because its cheap and amazing. We expect bad service, and joke around when we’re there. If you can get mom to smile, you’ve caught her on a good day! 🙂
Depressing Experience. The food isn’t the problem. The atmosphere is absolutely horrible! It appears the restaurant may be in financial distress because the owners are also the only employees- mom & dad run the place with their 2 kids running around playing with each other and getting reprimanded every 10 minutes. There is no music, no hospitality, no refills, no smiles, no reason to be there or to go back. I hope for the sake of their family business they can get their stuff together because the food is good. However, until the atmosphere makes it worth the trip to go eat there we will not be back.
Went there with a party of four adults and three children. I should have known by the waitress’s change in facial expression when we all came in. The children’s drinks were never brought out after waiting 15 minutes and there were only three other tables seated.
Very good sushi and great general Tso chicken with vegetables. Reasonable prices.
