Lots of employees meander around near the kitchen, no attention to detail. Unbussed tables. Incomplete order brought to table. People are in uniform but few seem eager to actually work. At least the prices are low and you get what you pay for. Overall a giant meh that you have to wait for.
Great service!. Went there Saturday for lunch and had the most friendly server named clorissia. Had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table but I was satisfied with the food when it finally came out. Friendly service really does make a difference. I will be going back. Had the Frisco melt and parm fries!
Customer Service Stinks. My husband and I came here for dinner a couple Fridays ago. They were pretty busy and had a wait time for seating, but their bar was empty. We asked the hostess if we could sit at the bar. She said sure, there’s no wait time for that. So we sat at the bar. Two cashiers stood at the registers right near us. Several servers passed by in front of us. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged our presence, let alone offered to take our order.We left and went to Big Billy’s Burger Joint instead.
Grew up with steak burgers in the Midwest. Loved them then love them now. So happy they came here and the price is right.
Second trip. We went in for breakfast on a Sunday. The parking lot was not crowded, but for some reason things were moving slow inside. We got seated after about 5 minutes…got out drinks about 5 minutes after that…we kept hearing our server complain to her coworkers about how busy she was. more like slack. She finally took our food order and 25 minutes later the food came out. Its a fast food joint so I never expect a lot of quality but the service needs improvement. The front needs to work better with the kitchen. Eggs and hash browns don’t take that long when you’re not busy and have 20 people on the clock. I gave it a like because the food was just ok and I would go back for a burger……..
Waited in the drive through lane for 30 minutes to get a nasty burnt rubbery hot dog.
What is the big deal?. Went there last night and had a burger, fries and iced tea, all to go. The service was pleasant and fast. The food was mediocre at best. Dry over salted fries, a skinny burger patty with no flavor and tea so sweet that it made my lips sticky. I would have been the same off at any other fast food joint, maybe even a little better. Not going to be heading back anytime soon.
