Poor Management. We had made reservations for 6:00 pm on 06OCT2012 for my daughter’s birthday party (Confirmation Number 101 – Party of 9). We arrived several minutes early and spoke to the greeters for seating. They indicated the only seating they could provide were two booths so we would have to sit back to back or we could wait an hour to get adjoining tables. Apparently two larger parties, regardless that they made their reservations after us, had taken our spot.Apparently this is normal procedure at this store to bump smaller parties down the waiting list for larger parties.Expecting a confirmed wait list party that’s celebrating a birthday to sit back to back or wait an hour is ridiculous and a sign of poor management.Texas Roadhouse lost nine customers that day and if this is consistent business practice then they should expect to lose a lot more.
Call ahead seating is useless, nothing but attitude from the hostess, steak undercooked, shrimp overcooked, watered down alcoholic drinks. Overall unsatisfactory experience. Won’t eat here again.
Before the new management (hate to say) was a 2x a week customer, now, foods late, wrong, call ahead seating should be called, call ahead to wait seating, get the old manager back STAT
Overall I enjoy their ribeye. Today I changed things up an had a kebob. The waitress asked if I wanted to substitute the rice with something else. I declined, but shoulda listened as it was way too heavy on the spices. Next time I will know better and sub the rice or get a ribeye!
Great food & service. My boyfriend and I get dinner here very often. We always have great service & great food. We love it.
Place had good food. Hostess failed to explain why we had a 20 minute wait when an hour prior we used call ahead seating. Seriously what’s the point of call ahead seating if your still gonna have a wait!! Managers went to every table around us and asked how everything was but kept skipping us! Ok food. Bad service all the way around. Go some where else.
Overpriced, crowded, can’t cook a steak to specifications, generally not an impressive restaurant
