  Always been a huge steakhouse fan probably always will be. Texas Roadhouse was a favorite in particular, well, that was until my first major restaurant job was at the Texas Roadhouse. My first few months? Great. Finally was doing something I loved. Towards the final months as an employee there was when the nightmare really began. I don’t know who’s treated more like crap, the guests or the employee’s… However, the few very hard working people, this isn’t directed towards you, but management? The most poorly organized, inconsiderate, and disrespectful managers I have yet come across. They care more about the image of the restaurant than the well being and security or their employee’s. Never have I ever in my life felt so belittled, unappreciated, and taken advantage of in my life. I was harassed for months by another male employee in front of customers, coworkers, and management and all that was done was a minor confrontation. He continued to harass me in front of numerous witnesses and I finally was at wits end and never showed up for work one day. Was accused of racial slurs and lying about my whereabouts when I called out sick. Everybody talks smack about each other, there is never a day with out drama at Texas Roadhouse. The food however is absolutely great and the atmosphere for somebody who doesn’t work there is fun and joyful. I recommend this restaurant strictly for the quality of their food if you don’t mind large waits on busy day’s. As for somebody interested in maybe working here? DON’T. DO. IT. Unless you handle criticism, judgement, and disrespect well, run like hell.

  Well, we liked the rolls. Mediocre…….next time I’ll take the 40 bucks to Harris Teeter, buy some nice ribeyes and grill em’ my damn self………not bad but, not good eitherTake a pass on this one

  We are lucky enough to come accross the customers that were seated on a table we needed fir our party of nine. They suggested to the wait staff that they should move so we could sit together, I thank that customer not Texas Road House, from start to finish we were still there for 3 hours, never go with a party larger than 4 if you want to eat and leave in a normal time frame.09 Jun, 2013Finally seated, taking too long to just get our drinks, looks like its going to be a long night.09 Jun, 2013I guess they can’t handle a table of 10. It took over an hour to get a table when there was tables next to each other. They do not know how to move tables together.
