Is under new ownership and has been re-named. Have not tried it since the new owners took over. I liked it when it was Capt. Poo’s. Has a real nice outdoor bar on the Intercoastal.
The name is now Ian’s Waterway Bar and Grill. Search Ian’s for reviews of the new restaurant. Captain Poo’s is no longer.
Food was just OK at this locals establishment. We had a large group and they refused to do any bill splitting. Burgers were OK but regret that we will not go out of our way to return.
Captain Poo’s was a diamond in the rough sea food restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Shrimp anf Wings were the best, Lots to eat and entertainment to boot. Sorry to see it close
This was our favorite place at the beach!! We are so sad it has closed!! We would leave Virginia in time to get to Captain Poo’s for lunch on Fridays in time for the fish!! Loved this place – so sad it has closed!!!
We went by Poo’s today and learned that they are closed for good. Mike and Rhonda no longer have a lease. Looks like a gold Mine is available for the right investor. Too bad.
