By far the worst!. The portions are small and the price is high. The sign out front says that the chef has been cooking authentic Chinese food for 30 years. Ha! Don’t believe it. My family and I got the lunch specials and I literally couldn’t eat it. I ended up having to go to McDonald for a fish filet that’s how bad it was. My vegetables were limp and swimming in grease. I ask for my food to be a little spicy, he dumped in a large amount of black pepper. The fried rice and egg were roll terribly bland and greasy. I tasted everything but ate nothing. I am so disappointed I don’t know what to say..I want my money back! My husband and children stopped me from complaining while there but I couldn’t wait to get home and send in a review.
Fantastic food from this chef who has been cooking Chinese food for over 30 years. Authentic Chinese style food from cheuns who has always cooked the best Chinese in rock hill. Ask him how he came to America.
Crappy. This was my first and last time ordering from Cheung’s. Prices are way to high. My food was terribly greasy. The food was literally swimming in grease. Never again. The lady who delivered it had my takeout plates all shook up, had sauce all down in the bag. Seafood was undercooked, also.
The best yet friendly Chinese Restaraut in down ! Love it .
I guess the owners were having a bad day, between the wife sneezing on my credit card and the husband handing over my to go bag with hands dripping with dish water. The food was not great, I was tempted to throw the whole order in the garbage can due to their sanitary issues. I’m not a huge fan of chinese food to begin with, except maybe moo shu pork (which isn’t even on their menu), but the wife wanted chinese so there you go. Typical quality, egg roll tasted like shredded newspaper wrapped in cardboard. It’s too bad that Saigon Bangkok got squeezed out by the bar ‘Luke’s’, that was probably my favorite Asian restaurant in town (ok it’s Thai not Chinese), but still, a Chinese egg roll is a dog biscuit compared to a Thai egg roll.
Love this place!. I’ve been going to Cheung’s once or twice a week for awhile now, and I love their food. Their fried chicken wings are always really juicy but crisp on the outside, and I love their bourbon chicken and pepper steak. Their prices are really good for the amount of food you get, especially their lunch deals. The service is always friendly and their delivery is quick and the food arrives hot.
Best takeout in Rock Hill. I’ve been going to Cheung’s for years and I can honestly say they have the best takeout Chinese food in Rock Hill. It’s a mom and pop shop, and the chef always makes consistently good Chinese food staples like sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, kung pow chicken, and pepper steak. Their chicken wings are also really crispy and delicious. They are also super nice, and their prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I would recommend this place to anybody in the Rock Hill area!
