Absolutely the best family Chinese restaurant in Rock Hill. Wonderful atmosphere with a great menu and fair prices. They are quick and so sweet and polite. I recommend this fabulous place to everyone!!!

Ehh. Menu is a bit pricey compared to quicker but lower quality Chinese restaurants. If you taking it to go, go somewhere else. If you are wanting to dine, make sure you go during a high volume times. Otherwise you catch them off their guard or possibly sleeping in the corner booth. Food is good but go when they don’t have time to annoy you.
Nice experience!. Went here for lunch with a friend. Small and cozy with a nice atmosphere. The lunch portions were well sized with cheap prices. I ordered a lunch with came with soup; I ordered wonton soup. The wontons looked handmade and were great! For lunch I had the sesame chicken which tasted like it was made right then! Very fresh and tasted delicious! My friend ordered Basil Chicken which was just as fresh and just as excellent. Double kudos to Delicacy Chinese Bistro!
Great Food. Excellent service when you eat in or take out, generous portions and cooked fresh. The Basil Chicken is great as is the Peach Chicken. Vegetables in spicy brown sauce, just ask for it and they can make it for you. No food setting on a steam table here. Try it- you will like it.
Best Chinese food in Rock Hill. We relocated from South Florida about four years ago, where we had plenty of good Chinese restaurants to choose from, and we have tried several ones in this town and this is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Rock Hill. Authenticity is a must with our family. We dine at this restaurant just about every Sunday. This family owned restaurant offers a large variety of flavorful and delicious Chinese dishes, I love their Beef Lomein, Wonton Soup and Egg Rolls.. Prices are affordable, the restaurant is very clean, and the owners/staff are very nice and make you feel very welcomed. I recommend you try this restaurant. It is absolutely fabulous…
