Excellent food and customer experience. The staff and management are wonderful. The food ALWAYS taste fresh and delicious. It’s one of our favorite places to go in Rock Hill. Great customer service can be hard to find sometimes but that is never the case here.

Love this place. Panera Bread has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. Also having WiFi is a plus, as i have my business meetings with my computer gurus here. I always get the half sandwich, half soup combo. If i had to complain it would be that they should offer potato soup more often.
I love panera, but this location is not up to chain’s standards. The chicken in the salads is gross, so is the lettuce. I’ve been there a bunch of times, always the same. So don’t get a salad!
