Not the best service, but the food was great. My family and I stopped here on recommendation from our hotel. It didn’t have the best reviews so we were skeptical, but we thought the food was excellent! The shrimp and grits appetizer was really good and I would highly recommend the salmon dinner. The service was really slow, but without us saying a word, they bought us free dessert to make up for it….a brownie and ice cream on a skillet….delicious.
Poor service, food disappointing. We went to Arizona for our anniversary. The restaurant was not busy yet we were seated at a small booth in the bar area. The bar- tender was our waitress who was much more interested in chatting with a customer (with her back to us) than waiting on us. My fillet was thin as was my husband’s ribeye. No bread. We had to continuously try to get her attention when we needed anything. A big disappointment. We won’t be going back.
My wife and I use to visit the old Arizona’s on Woodruff Rd all the time. We just so happened to be passing through Simpsonville and decided to stop at the one on Grandview. We were disappointed to find that the entire menu had changed and the Signature Sirloin had been taken off. Our waitress (Cat) assured us that the change was for the better and insisted we try something new. My wife tried the Boomtown Bistros steak and I ordered the BBQ Mahi. Needless to say we were not disappointed and were very satisfied with our meal. Will definitely return soon.
Terrible–not going back! $12 for a margarita, manager rude to customers and mean to staff. This Sara person we dealt with has a permanent scowl on her face. It was bad before new management…it is worse now.
I love the place. Just that. Good food at a reasonable price, and they listen to you. You want your steak rare? You got it. You want that Ahi Tuna seared, but not cooked. Got it. And always fresh. We go there about twice a week.
I like it but, prices are high. Service was decent.
French dip. We do not usually eat here, too expensive for what you get, but decided to try it again. I had the French dip and it was awesome, very lean with good bread. My hubby had the cowboy burger and it was tasty also.
