Cold tuff PRIME rib. Menu says prime rib after 4pm. When I got mine at 630 PM it was cold and tuff. How does something cooked at 4 be like this2 hours later. I asked to speak to the manager and she could have cared less. Her response was Im sorry I will let them know.I still dont know who them is since I never say her again and they wll never see me again. I have been here several timesbefore but the quality has been on constant decline over the last few months.Ronnie
