  Great place. We have been there many times. Tonight on Valentine’s Day the buffet was great.bit included Pork, beef, salmon, and chicken with potatoes and a squash melody with other veggies, rolls, all cooked and presented perfectly. Then there were many delicious deserts. The place was crowded, but fortunately we had made reservations earlier. Lisa warmly greeted us on arrival and took us to our table. We brought a bottle of champagne with us, gave it to her. Shortly later Geno came to our table with flutes and poured it. When we offered him a glass he stated it would be later before he could relax. If you get the idea we like the place You Are Right.

  Best.Place.Ever!. We have eaten at the Elegant Gourmet for Sunday brunch and for lunch. The food is all amazing, well prepared, and well priced. The owner’s Kathy and Geno are some of the warmest people we have ever met. We recently had our small wedding there and the guests all raved about the food! The charm of this place cannot be beat! They went out of their way to make our wedding day perfect.

  Wonderful. My husband and I have been going there for years and have never been turned away for no reservations The food is outstanding and not your run of the mill Southern meat and three. Lisa, the owner, would never turn away anyone or be rude. She is the nicest woman and treats everyone as family. Gino, chef, always comes out from the kitchen and makes a point to say hello to everyone. I do hope this dissatisfied person gives it a chance.

  Awesome. Cafe has an awesome outside covered dining for lunch and sunday brunch.No reservations are required, except for holidays. Located downtown Simpsonville.They are a few disappointed GROUPON holders who didn’t get to use there coupons on the 6 month expiration date so they write MEAN things. We as cafe owners have an awesome client base and are very proud of our cafe and the food. Sorry to those who waited til the last day to use there Groupon coupons.We are a small cafe, we have 5 dining rooms downstairs to accommodate our guests.

  Wow.. My friend that told me about the Elegant Gourmet, she was turned down because she didn’t have a reservation–and there is nothing about reservations on the website. They had a groupon deal that was expiring that day, and not only did the lady refuse to extend the groupon deal to them, but she then proceeded to kick them out of the restaurant. After they drove 45 min to get there.It used to be a favorite of ours. Sadly, we won’t be returning. What ever happened to good customer service?! The food isn’t worth the chance of being treated this way.

  Don’t dare show up without a reservation. How on earth does someone stay in business when your attitude is such that the CUSTOMER is an inconvenience.Seems more like a HOBBY than someone who CARES about someone returning.Which we won’t. Period.
