Good!. Been ordering take out from here for years. Have never had any issues on the phone or at pick up. Food is always hot and good.
Horrible customer service. When I called in and placed my order, I was told that there would be extra $1.00 charge for pork fried rice added to my combo. I get there and the guy named Matt told me he was wrong that it was $2 instead of $1. The manager was a total a jerk and even admitted that Matt was wrong because he was new and they could give me white rice instead of pork fried rice. My issue is that the employee is who told the customer wrong. Had they let me pay what Matt had told me to begin with, I would have left happy and would be aware of the extra $2 instead $1 for the next time I placed an order. Instead, I will no longer order from here because the rude attitudes I received from the 3 different men that was talking to me. Such a shame too because it is decent Chinese food with the exception of the rice being dry.
Very Pleased with Food and Service. We tried Mei Mei House for the first time tonight and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the efficiency of their service. Our order was politely and correctly taken by phone and promptly delivered, still very hot. We had Egg Roll, Veggie Roll, Chicken Wings, Egg Drop Soup, Beef w/Broccoli, Pork Lo Mein and Teriyaki Chicken. Everything was delicious ! We will definitely go back for more.
The food is probably the best Chinese I have tasted in a long time. You have to make sure that they get your order correct, and that you are ordering what you want. The food is excellent. I love their chicken on a stick!
DO NOT ORDER. Never order take out from them! They don’t understand orders, numbers or anyrging you tell them over the phone. They have forgotten to deliver twice now. JUST ORDER SOMEWHEREELSE.
Online Menu. Need to scan menu instead of being cheap and taking photo.Can’t read on IPAD and so fuzzy and blurry when you zoom in to increase size to read small photo of the menu.Do like the food though.
Bourbon Chicken Lunch Special. The lunch special, Bourbon Chicken, at Mei Mei House is always a good choice. It includes a drink and eggroll. Well priced and served by friendly staff.
