Sunday was my familys first and last visit to Zamorahs. The reason was how the owner refused to honor an Entertainment Book coupon for 20% off our bill. She said that she no longer honored that coupon and had tried to stop it. I stated that the coupon was the reason we came for our first visit and that honoring the coupon was the right thing to do. Besides, her issue with Entertainment was not my fault. When she still refused to honor it, I stated that she had turned a positive first experience into a negative one. When I stated that we would not be back because of how she was handling the situation, she did not seem to care. I ended by saying that she gave me no choice but to write a negative online review, and she said, You do what you have to do. I cant understand how a business owner would give up future business over an $8.73 coupon discount for a first time customer.
WOW!!!! What amazing people, location, food, and sweet tea! Service was amazing had the friendliest staff made you feel like family and showed their appreciation for you coming and eating with them. I can’t say enough about this place it’s clean, smells amazing, and the bathroom was awesome cleanest bathroom ever. I love this Meat and three because it reminds me of what my granny use to make true comfort food or soul food. I love this mom and pop shop so glad they are in Simpsonville and I will be bring my whole family and friends to eat here from now on!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
