Hire new waiters please.. In SPARTANBURG Love this restaurant but our service was horrible. He was more interested in talking to his co-workers by the front door than our table. This young man should not be serving tables. I had a young girl who was not even serving tables tonight come by and ask if we needed anything before he did. Terrible service. Not mellow mushroom that we know.
Subs. Had 2 Italian and one mushroom and artichoke dip. Sandwiches all bread no meat. Dip was all hard cheese. Took a hr to get delivered price over 40 dollors.would not recommend.

Great customer service. Tonight was our third visit to this location and we’ve never been disappointed. Our pizza came out tonight slightly over cooked and without complaint from us they cooked a new pizza to perfection!! We were amazed and delighted with the level of customer service and quality of the food. We highly recommend this restaurant.
I was given a group on and it has been months since I have been back so I figured I would see if things have changed. The answer is yes, for the bad again. The crust has been thinned out. That should make a pizza crisp, but the magical mystery tour is a pesto based pizza. The crust is too thin, floppy and it was raw. Recooked it and still raw. Oil does not make pizza crust gooey. Adjust your crust thickness back to what it was and you can cook your pizza longer so it won’t turn so floppy I can’t even pick it up. Mr. Regional GM, good luck. People will still come for the name, but the quality is not at this location. If you are a fan of MM, this location is not for you.28 Sep, 201320% increase on pizza prices? Was expensive now almost ludicrous. If I could count on a consistent pizza maybe I would go back. Pizza crust was thinned out compared to the last two times I went before the price increase and they decreased the toppings too. The last place I lived had this happen as well. Guess it is time to find a new pizza place.

Slow, Slightly Expensive, & Decent Food. The food is decent, but it could be because you’re starving by the time you get it. It’s not uncommon to be waiting 45 minutes to an hour, even when there are plenty of empty seats in house. The pizzas are a little pricey, but I enjoy the atmosphere. I highly recommend the garlic pretzels; they’re delicious =).
