Very shabby on the outside but pretty clean on the inside. We had fried wontons appetizer and it was decent. Hunan triple delight was mildly spicy and pretty delicious. Boneless chicken that was highly rated on yelp was very southern american kitchen-inspired and not very good, especially when Chinese food is expected. More vegetables on that plate would help and removal of breaded crust on chicken.
