The take-out meal I ordered tonight was over cooked, and portioned for a 2 yr old! I have been ordering my favorite meal for years and could NOT believe the awful meal I was sent. This restaurant has gone down. I will no longer eat in the Sumter location.
Both food and service and hit-and-miss, but mostly miss. Most servers have no sense of urgency and there have been several times when the food wasn’t as ordered and cold. I usually like Applebee’s but not this one.
Was once better. We went for the lunch last week hoping for a new experience or lunch location, well the server was terrible and slow. Maybe she had too many table, but that is no excuse for being rude! It seems like in the last year, the who restaurant has gone downhill. It’s just a little dirty. The management needs to pitch in some maybe.
