Of the sub places in town, it might edge quizno’s by a nose. More liberal with the meat than quizno’s. Offers 3 different sizes of subs. Sub-maker was a bit cocky but it’s not a 4-star restaurant and he’s probably a recent college grad forced to work there. Will try again.
A whole lot of good eating. Being from Baltimore I have had my share of subs. Up there I had a weekly cheeseburger sub. I haven’t been able to find that in Sumter but I have found the cheese steak sub from Jersey Mike. This sub is the truth and you are a real trooper if you can eat the whole thing at one sitting. They load it up. I definitely reccomend this.
Jersey Mike’s is a bust. I ate at Jersey Mike’s once. I don’t recall exactly what I had but it was a cold sub. It was cold, stale, dry and boring. It was awful to put it simply. I may give Jersey Mike’s another try one day but for now im going to pass.
