I already knew they weren’t the best doughnuts but there’s not much to choose from in sumter. I went this morning to get a dozen glazed & was told they didn’t have any so I asked for them to just replace them with whatever other kind that was close, like the blueberry cake, chocolate cake & powdered. She charged me $9 instead of the $6.99 that was on the sign & when I got home & tried won I had to actually throw them away! They tasted & smelled like some kind of chemical! I even had someone else try one to make sure it wasn’t just me and they couldn’t eat it either. They said I should call Murray’s but I’m not sure if it would be worth it because they have newer people working there & they are not at all friendly and the younger girl that was behind the counter was scratching her head all in her messy dirty looking hair then touching the food. I saw this today from the drive through window. Anyways I guess this is definitely the last time we go there! I just threw away $10 ($1 tip)! We’ll have to go to the other side of town I guess if my family wants doughnuts bad enough (dunkin doughnut). I liked going to murreys because it was close to me. It seems its been horrible since I noriced the woman that used to work there hasn’t been there. The last time I went wasnt this bad but they were old & stale.

Delicious!. Just had Murray’s Donuts for the first time today and it was amazing! I’m not a huge doughnut person, but Murray’s is a place that I would definitely visit again. The prices were really reasonable too, like 0.80 for a doughnut that filled me up! Much better than any KK or Dunkin Donuts!
Good Donuts. I agree they have a great product, but when they raised their prices a few years ago, it seemed a little too high. Drive-thru is a great idea! I think if there was a KK in town, they might really be put out of business.
Murrays D-Nuts. Very good donuts. My little boy loves this place. Wonderful place to go for a treat on a weekend morning. Love it!
It’s a local donut shop that serves very fresh donuts. every bit as good as, if not better then, Krispy kreme donuts. I also recommend there strawberry sundaes and chilie dogs.
