Great prices! Great food! Slow service. One good waiter. Other than that the food is awesome for it’s price. The wife and I usually share a salad and an entree.
The food is great, but they have not fixed the management problem since the other 3 reviews 2 years ago.
Great Italian at a VERY reasonable price. The lunch specials are $5 and includes a drink! Yummy food if u eat there. Don’t do takeout…it’s not quite as good.
Need better management!!!!. First of all, the food is very good. BUT the service is lacking!!!! for those of you who only have 30 minutes to an hour for luch DO NOT come here!!! i have been in the food service industry for a very long time and i have never seen anything like this. first of all they need a host. no one knows not to seat themselves. when customers do this it puts an added strain to the wait staff. second, they need a busser. the wait staff not only have to saet customers, take care of their tables, cash out their tables, they also have to buss their own tables. no wonder the service sucks. you have to remeber these people are only making $2.13 an hour so when you get angry thinking they are just slacking off and you give them a crappy tip remeber it is not always their fault. it has been brought to my knowledge that not only does the wait staff do all front of house duties they also do prep. once again i will say the food is good but they need better management and someone to delegate duties and hire enough people to run the front of house so everything can go smoothly and the wait staff is not ripping their out by the end of their shift.
Worst Italian. Not one to usually write bad reviews so strongly. Ordered Shrimp Scampi, it was literally salad shrimp micro-waved in butter…no spice, garlic or seasoning. Also thought a brick oven pizza sounded good, it came out with a partially cooked crust, no flavor. Honestly the pepperoni pizza on Golden Corral’s buffet tasted much better. The mozzerella sticks were pretty good, but they don’t supply near enough marinara. Service was also slow, and diners that walked in 10-15 minutes after us were recieving food first. Granted, pizza may take longer, but this included appetizers.
