The General Chicken is HORRIBLE. The sauce is more like a sweet and sour sauce but it makes the chicken soggy. There’s no spicy flavor either. My friend got the sesame chicken and the sauces are the same. Don’t waste your time. Go across the street to the chinese place next to Bi Lo.
AWFUL Customer Service. I have been a customer of Teriyaki Wok for many years but today, February 27, 2012, was my last time visiting their establishment. I refuse to spend money for HORRIBLE Customer Service. I mistakenly paid for a fried shrimp and shrimp fried rice basket without looking at it first. The fried shrimp was hard and when I asked if I could replace it with another menu item, I was told, BY THE OWNER, that Teriyaki Wok does not substitute items because they would have to throw the item away and would lose money. The owner did not consider my satisfaction as a customer. I asked for a refund but was told that they did not give refunds. I pointed out that although they had several signs on the wall, none of them said ‘No Refund’. I was told again, no exchange and no refund. I left the food on the counter along with my money. I knew that Teriyaki Wok would lose a lot more than I did because I will NEVER visit Teriyaki Wok again and I will tell family, friends, colleagues about the AWFUL service that I received at Teriyaki Wok and I will encourage them to tell their family, friends, colleagues Beverly

Good Fried Rice. The fried rice is really good, but be aware they are cash only.
