I live in Florida and have eaten at alot of Mexican restaurants but this is one of the best. Their burritos and tacos are excellent and not greasy like some mexican food can be. I highly recommend this restaurant…you won’t be disappointed! .
Just Good. We have been going there for several years now, while at first I like some other the other Mexican restaurants in town better. Started to go for the cheap lunch specials and just ended up liking it. I still call it Jos’s, but most people know what I mean if they have lived here for 3 or more years. The Manning location is good, but not like the Sumter. Always, always, always sit in Eric’s section. He is by far the best server! Not sure about the owner, but there was this guy (younger) who always took my money that seemed to be as the other reviewer said, but he is probably just that way, don’t let it bother you.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Sumter!. Yucatan was one of the first restaurants we went to when we first moved to Sumter and we’ve been going back ever since. The food is always delicious and the service is always great! I love the chimichanga ranchero with beef tips. Their tamales are good, too! Their rice is different than any other restaurants I’ve been to and I love their salsa! I just recently became pregnant and Yucatan will probably be our baby’s favorite restaurant! lol
