This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings my family has ever visited. The staff was sarcastic and rude to me and my husband. They lied about a game they would put on for us. Also the food came out cold and the sauces I’m pretty sure had gone bad. They had a layer of cleanish liquid on top that smelled sour. Gross!
Highly Recommend. My wife and I are new to the Summerville area and are big time sports fans. We’ve been searching for a place where we can watch our teams play. The past few weeks we’ve tried some restaurants closer to downtown summerville and a couple on main street. The service was not great at any location and the best they could do was put our game on a small screen in the corner (we’re guessing because we’re not cowboys, panther or steelers fans). As we were about to give up and get the Sunday ticket a friend recommended Buffalo Wild Wings. We had never heard of this place since there were zero where we are from. When we first walked in we were blown away by the amount of tvs! They had a map up front showing exactly where every game was playing and the tvs were labeled – very ‘user-friendly’! The food came out hot and quick (15 min; we were surprised it was that quick with how busy it was). Our Server, Kisha, was GREAT! Even though our teams both lost we still left happy knowing we had found our place to watch the games. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings, you have gained two weekend regulars (if not more)!
Will NEVER go back!. Ok, when you have a local group of Kansas City Chiefs fans coming in to spend hundreds of $’s on food and drink, you should at least CONSIDER changing one of the picked games to the Chief’s game. That is guaranteed $ vs. possible $. Now they have lost seven LOCAL customers for LIFE! We actually decided to buy wings at the Kickin’ Chickin’ and purchase directv’s NFL Sunday ticket and save money and get BETTER wings and BETTER service. AND get all games for the rest of the season. Your food is not that good, your drinks are overpriced, and (obviously) your customer service does not exist. So I hope your dozens of Oakland and Miami fans or your dozens of Detroit and San Fran fans makes up for the years of lost service.
Sorry we are out of that. The food here is ok, when they have what you want. Since this place opened we have liked it, but for a restaurant to run out of food on 4 occasions, there is something wrong with the management.19 Apr, 2012The diet pepsi at the bar is always flat. The fried pickles for 4.99, you would think you would get more than one pickles worth. The burger was just okay, the corn dogs are good the amount you get. The wings are the only thing that seems to stay the same. Each time we go it seems you get less and less food for the price.
Yumm. I love this place! I eat here all the time. The food is delicious. The service is quick and friendly too. Great drinks, and I always find the games I want to watch on their tvs. I’ll continue to come to Buffalo Wild Wings and bring my friends as well. Its always a good time.
I love this place. They have made a lot of changes in the past 2 years. Staff is better food is better. If you like sports beer wings and hot servers this is the place to.
Food is poor. Noise and crappy music is way to loud. Wait staff are friendly when you can find them.
