Love this place. They always have a crowd for lunch but they get the orders in and out fast without compromising service and quality. Every item I have tried has awesome. Try the Bomb it’s great.
No Service. My wife and I were excited to try Matt’s Burgers for the first time. We went around 1pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not packed by any means, but it was busy. We sat for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. The food smelt great and we really liked the menu options. After we realized the 2 other tables next to us were there before us and had no food or drink, we decided to leave in fear that once we did order it would take even longer to get our food and we had limited time. We left disappointed that we did not have a chance to try what we hear is great food.
Great little burger spot.. My family loves Matt’s Burgers. Love the Matt’s Special with ham and crumbled bacon. Spanish fries with jalapeos are great. This place is a nice little gem we have enjoyed for many years. Nothing fancy, just great burgers.
Tried it twice, horrible both times. Burger patties are paper thin…we should be paying for meat not fillers. Matts= McDonald’s.
If you want to be served, don’t go at night.. My wife and I have been going to Matt’s Burgers for almost 3 years. We usually go at night and been during the day only a few times. The few times we’ve eaten lunch it almost seems like a different restaurant. The food is better and the service is definitely a lot better. This restaurant is a perfect canidate for Food Network’s show Restaurant Stakeout. While the food is usually not bad at night, there is a distinct difference between the lunch and dinner service. Also most of the waitresses at night have no clue what attentive customer service is. Tonight we were not offered refills, we had to ask. Seems as soon as the food hit our table our waitress felt her job was complete. The table close to use didnt their drink order until the food came out and the gentleman had to remind her of their order. While we were finishing up the same customer stood at the register for 3-5 minutes waiting to pay. Once we got to the register we could see the kitchen was a wreck. The trash can was overflowing with trash, previously used basket liners were on the floor, and dirty dishes were piled high in the sink. Made me think twice about the meal we just ate. Our family loves to patronize local businesses, but we’re gonna stick with Five Guys if we want burgers at night.
Great food! Make sure you go to the cupcake shop next-door after your delicious burger. Great burgers! Again make sure you hit bubbies bakery afterwords for an amazing cupcake!!!!!
Amazing!. I’ve heard good things about this place, even from some of my customers at work. Hands down the best burgers around! We had the Matt’s special and it was sooooo tasty I couldn’t believe it! It is a must-go place! Picture is the Matt’s Special (all the way) as a jumbo, and the Spanish fries.
