If you are looking for fine dining, friendly and welcoming surroundings but with a touch of class, look no further than Oscar’s Place in Summerville. We have never had a bad meal and probably have sampled their complete menu over the years. Their Shrimp & Grits is unsurpassed and it is suggested try it at least once. A 5 Star Rating!!!
