We serve 100% Authentic Mexican food. I'm from Southern California (East Los Angles) with 40 years cooking experience. I am best known for my multiple award winning salsas in Southern California. All my food comes with unique flavor and seasonings. Everything is made from scratch, no can goods. We are a food catering truck(trailer). Our hours of operation may vary due to events and schedule appointments.
