My daughter and I ordered the blue moon Rangoon’s, egg rolls and the yammy yammy roll which is my favorite and so delicious. My only complaint was with the sauce that came with the Rangoon’s. It tasted like straight vinegar with a dash of soy sauce.
Amazing!. My Favorite restaurant in town. Service is very kind and helpful. Food is very good. Need their sushi at least once or twice every week. My favorite is Yammi yammi (think that is how it is spelled. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.
Eh- mediocre at best. This was our first time eating at Hana and the Korean food is sub-par and the sushi is average. The service was friendly and pleasant, but not flawless. To drink, I got hot green tea- which was soooooo potent, I had to water it down a bit. My husband and I ordered a spicy tuna roll to share as an appetizer. It was 5 pieces (hard to split evenly) and was pleasant to the eye, but I felt like they were a little stingy on the tuna. The sushi ginger was very good and fresh. For our main dish, we ordered korean specialties: Kimchi Bibimbob and Beef Bulgogi. Both were not nearly as good as we’ve had at other korean restaurants. The rice with both was mushy and overcooked. Therefore, the hot stone bowl with the bibimbap made for gooey rice at the bottom, rather than crisping up the rice at the bottom. The bulgogi appeared as though it was steamed, not stir fried or grilled, which was a disappointment because we enjoy the well done glaze on the dish normally. The kimchi was okay. The bean sprouts, etc. that came on the side with the bulgolgi were flavorless. I would go back again and just order sushi, because they seemed to have a lot of interesting options- but I would NOT order traditional Korean food there again. The atmosphere was nice and dim with paper lanterns.
Great sushi!. Best sushi in town! I lived in Seattle for a while and always had amazing sushi there…….this sushi is of equal quality of west coast sushi! Delicious rolls (chili roll & buffalo roll are my faves). Very friendly staff and the owner is wonderful!
OK, but not great. For the most part, I’ve limited myself to a few items at the restaurant. I’ve had the Beef Bibim-bap and found it pleasant if not remarkable. The sushi is OK, but the rice is not sufficiently vinegared usually. A few of the times I’ve been there the sushi rice is somewhat sweet, which is a little offputting. That being said, it’s one of the better Asian restaurants in town.
Not worth it. I have never before met sushi that I didn’t like, but the sushi at this restaurant proved to be the exception. I ordered 3 different rolls and each in case, both the fish and rice tasted stale. The seaweed salad was okay. This meal was not worth the price and I would not return here. On a positive note, the service was friendly.
<3 best Sushi Rolls in rapid. This place puts pride in their sushi rolls. It is like an amazing explosion of textures in your mouth. Very friendly, personable, small, and quiet. I have ate at the 3 other places with sushi rolls and they Do Not compare. Favorites of my friends are the Yammy Yammy, Buffalo Roll, Garden Roll, Tiger Eye, and Monkey Brain.
