Hana used to be one of my favorite places to eat but the more we have gone there the service and quality of experience has decreased! Today I met my dad and finance there for lunch and could not have been more disappointment. The service was horrible! My finance and I got there after my dad ordered our food no one came to great us at the door or our table and we were never asked if we wanted anything to drink. My dad placed the order prior to us arriving and the food took close to 40 minutes! There were only 3 other tables in the entire restaurant and people who ordered after us were getting their food before us. The Beef Pho came to the table with no meat, when we addressed it the server brought out cooked stringy beef to add to the soup. We had asked for no onions in my rice and there were onions everywhere. The server made no effort to make things better when she could clearly see we were unhappy with the experience.
The food is really good and the portions are fair, but I wouldn’t recommend you go here expecting authentic Korean food. It’s not even particularly spicy. However, I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is polite (but admittedly service isn’t always the quickest) and the restaurant is always clean.
