Save yourself the flight to Mexico, just go eat here. Massive portions. Deliciously authentic. Great service and atmosphere. Decor is a lil weird, but hey, with food like this, I don’t really are if the knickknacks on the wall are different. If you are in town to visit Crazy Horse or Rushmore, make this a stop not to miss.
Shared frozen lime and strawberry margaritas and pollo ixtapa and chicken enchilada. The food was tremendous.huge portions.so much we couldn’t finish out meals.Would definitely go again.
We are on a road trip and ate here last night after reading some reviews that the food was delicious. I must admit that the food was very good, but I hate to say that many other reviewers are right, the service left much to be desired. I was a server previously so I’m usually pretty understanding, but they really need to work on it…. Didn’t get a waiter for the 1st 5-7 min we were at the booth. At least give us a waiter and some drinks please.
Wonderful. We ate here last night and had a spectacular meal. I had the chilie verde and was very pleased. When the plate was delivered I was shocked at how large the portions were, and I was even more suprised when I took a bite and received a rush of flavor. The pork was cooked to the point it fell apart and the verde sauce was delicious albiet a little mild to my liking. Over all, it was a great dining experience and I can assure you that we will return soon.
BEYOND AMAZING. This place had some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. My picky family and I were all impressed by everything from the chips & salsa (plus bean dip to die for) and their burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, and shrimp were so good we were all bit licking our plates! Don’t let the outside appearance throw you off- this place is the real deal!!
Stay away from here. Took forever to get seated. Our table was dirty. Worst margarita ever. The food was edible but I have had microwave Mexican meals that were better. The best part was the chip and salsa guy. Kudos to him.
