  I am a local, and love Mexican food! It’s hard for me to find a Mexican restaurant that has the exact food I am looking for that is cooked to perfection, but Ixtapa has done it! This is the only Mexican restaurant in town I go to. The food is great and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a taste for awesome Mexican food!

  Stopped by here and was pleasantly surprised!! The food was amazing!!! And our service was awesome!!! We had 5 in our party and everyone loved. The fresh salsa and warm dean dip was fantastic and they had thick chips to dip with….not the kind that are so thin they break. I can honestly say that I can’t wait to come back here to eat!!

  Bland, tasteless, overpriced. Salsa is watery and thin as soup, with little flavor…food is completely tasteless, and eating it a chore…because Mexican food is mostly just meat, cheese, and tortilla drenched in spicy sauce, it is incredible how they made it come out so bland…service was erratic and amateurishoverall Ixtapa seems like a high school project that didn’t work out, and anyone acquainted with Mexican cuisine and variants will find this a depressing imitation of same…the menu is not exactly pricey but given the low quality was still more than they should have the nerve to ask anyone to paybtw I want to ask anyone who gave this place a thumbs up, are you writing shill reviews or did someone recently fire a gun into your mouth? nothing explains or accounts for the interpretation of this liquefied cardboard as an enjoyable meal
