A great, affordable restaurant with plenty of options. The decor isn’t the fanciest, but the food is well prepared right in front of you. I much prefer Mongolia Grill to the HuHot in Rushmore Crossing.

This place was OK. I’m sure there are much nicer places in Rapid City but for $9 we loaded up on meat.
~Mongolian. I realize that this is the only Mongolian grill in Rapid City, but I get the feeling that all of the people who love it have never been to another Mongolian grill-type restaurant. I will say that the staff at this restaurant were fantastic, but unfortunately, service alone does not make for a great place. The food is just okay, and the ambiance is similar to that of a cafeteria. If you are from Rapid, and you dig this type of place, then go with it as your only option. If you are from out of town and just passing through, there are much better options, and you should consider having your Mongolian experience in a different city.
Pretty neat. I’ve been to this place 2 or 3 times. I tend to go vegetarian when I go here, something about picking out the frozen raw meat bugs me (I know, totally irrational). Love the way they cook it, and the sauces are delicious.
