I find it hard to believe that I would give a 3.5 to a pizza buffet, but I think Pizza Ranch earned it. My wife and I thought it was funny that this is a pizza AND fried chicken buffet, but the chicken was surprisingly good. The pizzas were also pretty good and a couple of employees reminded us that if there was a pizza that we wanted to let them know and they would make it. There were 2 pizzas that I fell in love with. First was the Mac and Cheese pizza. It was much better than the cheese sticks. I almost ate so much that I didn’t get to my other new favorite…Cactus Bread. It is a dessert pizza with cinnamon streusel and icing and it is divine. We don’t have Pizza Ranch in my part of the country, and I am kinda glad we don’t. If I had regular access to Cactus Bread, I would have to go see Dr. Nowzaradan. I would definitely go back to this place.

I’ve had both regular and gluten-free crust and to their credit, they taste about the same. Which would be great if the pizza itself were any good. I’ve never been inside, only ordered delivery so I can’t speak to that aspect, but yeah, not my favorite.
