We serve our buffet Family Style. This means that we bring all you can eat Hickory Smoked Meats and Sides to your table. You will not have to wait in line for food or fight sneeze guards. Our goal is to give you a place where you can relax with your family and friends and let us do all of the work. We will start with Mac and Cheese, Beans and Potato Salad. The next visit to your table will include Riblets, Corn and Corn Bread Muffins. We will also bring you specialty meats if you have chosen to upgrade your buffet. Your server will check back with you to see which items you would like refilled so do not be shy about letting them know you are still hungry. We finish off with one of our homemade desserts. We look forward to serving you.
