I had the Thai shrimp, and words cannot describe how good it really was. I’m talking about four star restaurant quality! The atmosphere is nice and cozy too, and the staff is friendly. They were a bit inattentive, but the food more than made up for it.
Terrible experience. Waited for an hour for our orders. Ordered 6 spring rolls. They came in twos every 15 minutes. The sauce was terrible. The chicken with mixed veggies we ordered tasted like it was cooked by a five year old. Pho was ok, but the beef was over cooked. Will not recommend and definitely not going back!
Fresh and homemade. Saigon was not on any recommended lists in Rapid City, SD and the street in front was torn up with construction but we are so glad we took a chance and ate here. The food is incredibly fresh so be prepared to wait while mom and her best friend create your Vietnamese dish. Our spring rolls filled with pork and shrimp were prepared when we ordered. The same was true of the vegetable fried rice and ginger chicken! The vegetables were bright in color and plentiful… Very crunchy and fresh… Nothing tasted greasy or as if it was prepared ahead of time like other Asian restaurants where you order and 2 minutes later it is plated and served. The daughter and her younger brother are friendly servers. And talk about a clean and charming place. If you have never had pho before, order some here. Vegetarian and vegan friendly if tofu is for you! Great place to eat!!!

We ordered pho with beef slice n beef meat ball. it taste fine but took about thirty minutes before it shows up without bean sprous which was very un-authenthic. btw, compared to the normal crusine, the price is high.
Great food, big portions, friendly service. We stopped here while traveling through Rapid City and enjoyed out meal. We ordered mostly vegetarian dishes, and they were very accommodating to our needs. They also had a children’s play area, which kept our little ones entertained before the meal came.
Best Chinese in town. Everything I’ve ever ordered at Saigon has been excellent. The chicken is always good, the beef is always tender, and the soup and eggrolls are all good. Hard to go wrong with this place.
