I went to the Phillips Ave. location for lunch. Food was good, and I really liked the potato salad, but the prices were a bit hard to swallow. I’d probably go back, but definitely not frequently. A $15 lunch tab for two sliders, a small side, and a tall root beer has both me and my pocket book feeling like we’re on a diet.
Backyard Barbeque is our favorite stop for real smoked ribs, Sweet pulled Pork and all the appropriate fixins ( that’s Southern speak Y’all) for great sides, service, accommodations and beverages. These Guys and Gals know Zactly what there doin with the smoke, heat, seasonins and all the rest of that stuff that makes you forget your problems. Seriously, great food transcends the day to day lolligaging and makes you feel like your 10 years old and at yer grandmas table.
