Delivery. The girl; who just took my order was one of the rudest people ive ever experienced in the food industry..This has happened twice with the same girl at boss’s. Great food RUDE GIRL!!!!!!
Terrible experience twice in a row. I purchased groupons on two different nights for Boss’ Pizza & Chicken. Both times, I received terrible customer service. The employees had no idea what the groupons entailed, shorted me on the 2 liter of soda that was supposed to be included in the deal, and tried to short us on our other menu items upon carryout pickup. They also said we could not get an item on their menu that was a clearly stated option on the groupon. I had very negative experiences both times and will not be giving Boss’ any more of my business. It’s unfortunate, too – they’re food is actually pretty good.
