Excellent, out of this world food. I’ve never had anything besides the goucho meal, nothing else is necessary (although I’m sure it’s all delightful). The staff is very kind and seemed genuinely excited we chose this restaurant for our first anniversary. The atmosphere is also lovely! Pricier than I’d normally drop on a meal, but it makes our special dates special and it’s just wonderful.
A dining experience, not just a meal. This was hands down, one of the best dining experiences of my life. The ambience was intimate, the service was friendly and efficient and the flavors were amazing. I wish I lived close enough to eat here on a regular basis!
Carnaval Brazilian Steakhouse. My favorite restaurant! I go there whenever I am in Sioux Falls. Costly, but well worth it.
Once is Enough. It was good, but not necessarily worth the money. Service was excellent. We probably will never go back mostly because the meats were so incredibly salty. It’s unfortunate, because otherwise the food would have been great. Still, we’re glad we went at least once for the experience.
Worth it!. First time here – everything from the atmosphere to the friendliness of the wait staff and gauchos, was wonderful. It’s beautiful inside – but you will not be out of place dressing casual. There were families & kids there on a Saturday night, and it didn’t seem out of place. Typically, I’m not a big meat eater, but wow! They bring you so many different things to try, you can’t help but fill a plate of just those delicious, tender, juicy meats. I especially liked the parm. chicken, shrimp, and the grilled cinnamon pineapple. I even paired the pineapple with one of the steak meats and ate them together and it was scrumptious! They also have a menu to order off of which looked excellent, but for the first time, you gotta try the gaucho service – it was so fun, enjoyable, and delicious. It’s worth trying for sure!
Delicious. Guests in town? Take them to Carnaval! The meats are so tender and the service is great. Try the meats on the sticks and be wowed at how delicious each piece tastes. The salad bar has a plethora of choices to go along with the meats, and I highly recommend going early for a good seat. Carnaval Brazilian Grill is a hopping place!
We have dined here twice in the past year. Both times we had an excellent experience. The food and atmosphere are fantastic. Tonight was made exceptional by our very pleasant waitress, Ty. She was very helpful and friendly which really added to an excellent evening out.
