Deja vu. My husband & I decided to give Chili’s another go after a years’ long hiatus. (We had decided not to go there any more after repeatedly seeing wait staff in dirty clothes — figured this was a sure sign of bad management. ) Last week, we ordered two Santa Fe (could’ve been Southwestern) chicken salads. We were seated next to the kitchen & bathrooms – ugh! The salads were small, the tortilla strips stale, the waitress was prompt but mechanical. We were there early (11:15) and our booth & table still had crumbs on it from the day before. Our bill for 2 sodas and the salads was close to $30. Not going back.
