Good Atmosphere. My favorite drink at Dunn Brothers is the Sea Salt Caramel Latte. It is consistently good and the service is very friendly (though usually slow). It is a great place to study, and is constantly full of people working on knitting projects or typing. My largest complaint is that they do not serve coffee in real glasses, even when staying in the shop. It pains me to be loyal to such an environmentally irresponsible company.
Better Service Desired. I have been to this coffee shop multiple times, mostly to do homework. The overall review is that the employees are nice but the owners can be pretty rude. Will I be coming back, don’t count on it. Maybe thru the drive thru, where I don’t have to deal with anyone for long. They use 3 oz of espresso per drink, so be warned if you don’t like your latte too strong, and be happy if you do. The latte was overpowering, like a stiff espresso, but the pumpkin ‘steamer’, that was delicious.
