Almost left because the waitress told us (my husband and I) that we could not sit at the hibachi grill unless we both ordered a hibachi meal. I went there only wanting sushi and my husband wanted hibachi mignon but we were toldwe would have to sit at a booth in the sushi bar if we didn’t both order hibachi. So if a group of people came in, would they all have to order hibachi? This frustrated and confused me. We will not be going back because either the waitress needs to learn better comunication or that’s a unreasonable ule.
Delish!. Great food. Great service and just an overall excellent place to eat. The entertainment of the Hibachi cook was fun, Saki Saki….. We were a large group and had quite a few sushi rolls, (Dragon Lady is the one that really stuck out and was very good. Steak, Fish and Seafood was good. I would recommend and would definitely visit again.
Excellent!. The food, the atmosphere, the service every thing was better than good. It was our first sushi date with lots of great memories.
Yummy, but . . .. The music is too loud, however they will turn it down on request. The food is delicious, but the waiters are a little too attentive and chatty. These issues are small compared to one gentleman (manager?) working there. I have been three times at lunch and every.single.time he’s been yelling at staff or at someone on the phone. He rants loudly in Japanese for periods of upwards of ten minutes. It’s unpleasant and he’s obnoxious and unprofessional. For that reason alone, I will not give them any more of my business.
The sushi here was very good. About $13 for each specialty roll but well worth it.
We ordered Hibachi after my sister’s graduation. The chef was entertaining (albeit a bit corny), the atmosphere fun and the food tasty! Turns out catching saki in your mouth is harder than it looks! 🙂 The complimentary fried custard (?) they brought to groups celebrating was delicious!
Very good!. The food was really good and the atmosphere pleasant. A very comfortable restaurant to spend time in. My only complaint was that the server seemed to be rushing us, even though it was only moderately busy (and we were sitting at the sushi bar.)
